You know how the saying goes " An apple a day......". My passion for food extends onto my baby's plate. I find nothing better or healthier than fresh, home-made food.
Adam is being introduced to new tastes gradually. This not only gives him a chance to grow accustomed to different tastes, but it also helps spot the cause of any potential allergies (God forbid).
But while it's important to give them healthy, nourishing food for their growing little bodies, I think it's also important to make sure it tastes finger-licking-good too!
Here is a very quick and easy baby food recipe that's sure to score with your little bubba.
Adam loves this recipe and, Insh'Allah, your baby will too!
As this is a sweet recipe, it makes a great breakfast or an afternoon snack.
This recipe makes up to 3-4 small meal portions. The rest can be frozen in your baby freezing trays. For more information on how to safely freeze baby food, click here.
